When we started The Black Maxi Cab, we noticed a glaring gap in Singapore's transport market: the middle ground between cheap ride-hailing apps and prohibitively expensive limousine companies was empty. Passengers deserved a service that combined the professionalism of a five-star hotel concierge with the accessibility of a regular taxi booking.
So we built it. Starting with a single Alphard and a relentless commitment to punctuality and cleanliness, The Black Maxi Cab has grown into Singapore's most trusted private transport operator for airport transfers, corporate shuttles, cross-border Malaysia charters, and everything in between.

How do I make a booking?
Simply send a WhatsApp message to +65 9750 1357, call our hotline, or fill the booking form on our homepage. Our dispatch team confirms your booking within 2 minutes during business hours and under 5 minutes at night.
Are all your rates flat rates?
Yes. Every rate we quote is all-inclusive of ERP, tolls, and fuel. The price we tell you is the price you pay — no meter, no surges except for the standard midnight surcharge ($10–15, 23:00–06:00) and stopover fees ($10–15 each).
Do you monitor flights for airport arrivals?
Absolutely. We track your flight in real time using live airline data. If your flight is delayed, we adjust the driver's arrival time accordingly. You receive up to 60 minutes of free waiting time at the airport — no penalty for delays.
Can you handle cross-border Singapore–Malaysia transfers?
Yes, this is one of our most popular services. We provide direct private charters to Johor Bahru, Legoland, Malacca, Kuala Lumpur, and Genting Highlands. You do not need to alight from the vehicle at any customs checkpoint.
Do your vehicles support baby/child car seats?
Yes. Request a child seat or infant carrier when booking and we'll equip the vehicle accordingly. Please specify the child's age and weight so we can match the appropriate safety seat.
Can I book for early morning or late-night pickups?
Absolutely — we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all public holidays. A midnight surcharge of $10–15 applies to trips between 23:00 and 06:00 AM.
Do you offer corporate accounts or recurring bookings?
Yes. We offer corporate billing accounts, dedicated fleet arrangements, and priority dispatch for companies with recurring transport needs. Contact us at callmaxicab@gmail.com to discuss a corporate arrangement.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made more than 2 hours before pickup are free of charge. Late cancellations (under 2 hours) or no-shows may be subject to a partial fee. Contact us directly and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
